Refund Policy 

We stand behind our products, and we care about your satisfaction. We go to great lengths to ensure that our products are accurate, authoritative, and suitable for our customers' needs. We do not, however, accept any responsibility for the product's suitability.  

Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time. 

Our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download and since it is deemed “used” after download or opening,  there is a strict NO REFUND policy. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
